Kargo is looking for a Lead to join our Business Operations team.

Being able to quickly build trust with peers and confidence with senior executives is critical. Intellectual curiosity and deep attention to detail are musts.
-Partner closely with senior executives to triage priorities and project manage them to implementation.
-Establish an operating rhythm with leaders to ensure project plans and strategic initiatives are running effectively and efficiently and meeting goals and objectives.
-Gather and analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize findings, develop operating plans, and present recommendations to business stakeholders.
-Relentlessly and swiftly execute on those recommendations until you’ve achieved the desired outcome.
-Co-own corporate KPI management in partnership with functional leads and Business Intelligence teams.
-Initiate cross-functional communication to facilitate execution against key priorities.
-Build and activate tailored models, reports, and other solutions for business partners, focused on driving better decisioning around revenue, costs, clients, products, and key health metrics.
-Support ad hoc business analysis for corporate development and / or business development efforts.
-BA/BS required from a top university
-3-5 years experience in consulting, finance, analytics or business operations; experience at a high-growth or rapidly changing company is a plus.
-Excel expert, knowledge of SQL a plus; Salesforce.com experience a plus
