Senior Director, Client Services

The Senior Director of Client Service is expected to establish and maintain a strong partnership with the client by ensuring successful execution of deliverables, providing thought leadership on strategic planning initiatives, and providing overall efficient account management. The role is focused on flawless service and delivery on client projects. Additional focus on taking our client services group to the next level of high touch service through staff training and development, process and technology improvement, external client relations, and acting as the lead stakeholder for all-things related to client service and the client experience. • Lead all phases of the campaign life cycle from ideation through execution for a strategic book of business.

The Role:

Client Services Coordinator (APAC)

Summary of Job’s Purpose:

The Client Services Coordinator will support the APAC Client Services Team in all aspects of campaign servicing the client’s day to day needs to ensure expected delivery and client satisfaction. You will aid in achieving profitable and sustainable market share growth within all accounts is essential, while catering to brand image and ensuring account target life-cycle, from pre-sale planning through post-sale execution. You must have a finger on the pulse of the industry and its competitive trends, be forward thinking and not afraid to voice suggestions and propositions.

The Position:

Act as day to day support for the client services team

Prepare timely and consistent completion of pre and post-sale deliverables

Initiate and ensure accurate input of campaign details on internal platforms

Support development of client-facing reports

Maintain productive relationships with internal teams to facilitate day to day tasks

Support with Sales, Inventory/Yield and Campaign Managers on all aspects of campaign planning launch execution, optimization and post-campaign recaps.

Supply Manager (APAC)

Summary of Job’s Purpose:

Kargo is looking for a smart, driven Supply Manager to join our APAC Team. In this

role, you will work closely with the Director of Operations and General Manager to provide best in industry white glove client service to our premium publisher partners. This will include forging personal connections with our clients while consulting them on how to maximize their revenue with Kargo. Ultimately, this role will ensure adequate performant inventory is planned and delivered for our demand partners.

You will become the expert on all things Kargo and immersed into the Ad Tech industry: from

marketing to engineering, to product, to strategy, and will be able to speak to these aspects with our clients through quarterly business reviews, emails, and calls.

The Position:

Business Development

Work with the APAC Director of operations and General Manager to identify and onboard new publishers across the APAC region

Relationship Management

Create, build and maintain strong and effective relationships with Kargo's premium publisher partners

Provide strategic consulting regarding inventory monetization strategies, industry trends and best practices to help publishers grow their business using Kargo's services

Analyze data to make strategic recommendations and identify incremental opportunities for all publisher accounts

Inventory Planning

Co-ordinate closely with Sales and Operations to ensure the highest performing inventory is available to Kargo's demand partners

Plan and allocate supply to Kargo's publisher partners and monitor subsequent delivery and performance

Co-ordinate with Sales planning and the global publisher team to ensure inventory requirements are met

Work with Sales, Client Services and ad operations to optimize supply to meet demand and specific campaign requirements.


Work with Kargo's technical team to integrate with newly onboarded publishers

Work closely with Kargo’s Sales Engineering, Product and Sales Planning teams to ensure all integrations and operations run smoothly

Product Manager

Summary of Job’s Purpose:

As a Product Manager on the team you will lead and own the product vision, goals and roadmap for one or more products. Drive product success from ideation to launch efforts, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, and working with project, design, engineering, QA, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to facilitate development, testing and launch efforts.

The Position:

Own day-to-day iteration of one or more products;

work with customers, business stakeholders, project, engineering and design teams to discover, define, and organize product innovations and iterations.

handle requirements gathering and documentation, in the form of user stores, flowcharts, wireframes, etc.,

and prepare team sprints and maintain a healthy backlog.

Summary of Job’s Purpose:

The Junior Interactive Designer reports to the Director of Ad Design and will design & animate custom, rich media, mobile ad experiences for Kargo's advertisers. An ideal candidate will be passionate, solution driven, flexible, and love creating beautiful & innovative digital advertising products.

The Position:

Design & animate visually stunning and cutting-edge mobile advertising experiences for Kargo’s advertising campaigns

Work with Rich Media authoring tools to produce standards-compliant interactive ads

Employ a user-centered design to create intuitive design solutions

Collaborate with Client Service Managers through internal brainstorms & discussions to bring big ideas to life on the mobile screen

Develop an understanding of responsive design across mobile devices

Collaborate and review with design team to refine user interfaces for enhancing user experience

Adhere to Kargo's ad unit best practice standards in all campaign output

Solutions Engineer, Tech Operations

Who We Are:

Technical Operations team sits within the Global Operations team. Focused on publisher integrations, technical solutions & troubleshooting for direct & programmatic campaigns, as well as acting as support for Product & Engineering across the business teams. We are the singular point of escalation, supporting all Kargo products & technologies.

The Position:

The Solutions Engineer sits within the Technical Operations team, and will focus most of their expertise within the programmatic landscape (SSP & DSP). This role will be responsible for bringing our technology to life each day, establishing and supporting new customer deployments, expansion projects, and internal initiatives.  As the hub of configuration design and customer interaction, this position is also tasked with developing and sharing best practices across Kargo and providing technical support to internal operational & sales teams, as well as deep understanding of adtech. This role sits between operations & product/engineering, and will be require technical expertise in Publisher integrations, header bidding, adserving and troubleshooting.

Help our clients understand, use, and troubleshoot Kargo’s suite of ad products and platform modules

Conduct trainings and attend in-person question and answer sessions for Publisher, Ad Ops, Sales, Client Services, Project Mgmt and Product Teams

Participate and share best practices across Kargo, as the technical frontline

Act as an escalation point to diffuse operational roadblocks that the team may be facing by internal or external pressures by managing the people, process and tools used to support our tech

Assist with various documentation needs, customer support systems and process – all geared at aiding client adoption and better use of Kargo’s products, as well as internal understanding 

Provide additional testing & QA support for Kargo product releases: SSP, DSPs, Measurement & Header Bidding

Help to define product improvements and train internal teams 

Technical lead on publisher integrations, integrating publishers for header bidding

Support DSP integrations with Kargo; troubleshoot and document

Deep understanding of programmatic workflow, as the role will require deep troubleshooting skills around creative issues

The solutions engineer will be an important member of the team, and has to work both collaboratively and independently within tech ops, as well as across the organization.

Software Engineer

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of Kargo’s ad tech innovations. You’ll be working directly with the CTO to build and role out new products and ideas to put the art back in advertising. You’ll become a key member of a close group of engineers, working on cutting edge products using open source technologies. On a typical day in this role, you'll touch on everything from the client side javascript to initiate an auction on the mobile web, to working on microservices in Go to execute billions of millisecond auctions, to data pipelines for capturing necessary events for analytics and revenue reporting..  



Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).

Excellent problem solving skills. You should be able to operate independently with little direction.

2+ years of experience programming in an object oriented programming language such as Python, Java, C++ (Go preferred!).

Experience in building RESTful and stateless backend services and corresponding APIs.

Experience with creating build automation scripts (bash, makefiles… etc).

Experience with working with RDBMS’s such as PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.

This role is a critical member of our Sales team at Kargo, reporting into the Director of Client Services, and is responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership for a portfolio of business totaling ~$10MM per year.
