Who Are Platform Operations:

Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations, you are the first point of contact on all revenue delivery for the APAC  offices[RW1] . located out of Sydney for APAC, Sales and Account Management teams will rely on you to ensure smooth efficient delivery of both direct (DFP) and programmatic campaigns/deals across Kargo's range of premium mobile web inventory. 

The Platform Operations team are a global team supporting the delivery of booked campaigns and deals. The responsibility of the team is to ensure that all revenue is converted and seen within Kargo, so that we hit office and company revenue targets for the quarter and then year. The team monitor all live campaigns on a daily basis and offer suggestions to improve delivery or efficiently optimize to gain the best response and have the highest chance of gaining incremental revenue.

The Position:

  • Managing all direct campaigns through DSP and optimizing to get the best out of the target KPIs
  • Daily analysis of all programmatic deals within our proprietary tool ensure lean delivery across the range of sites and also optimizing for best performance.
  • Working with Account Management to ensure we push most incremental revenue from each campaign and deal
  • Attending kick of calls with clients, Sales and Account Management teams
  • Working directly with Agency, Trade Desks and DSPs to troubleshoot and ensure programmatic deals deliver as efficiently as possible.
  • Escalating to and working with the Technical Operations team internally at Kargo to troubleshoot any campaign/deal issues and/or bugs with platforms and Kargo code that could lead to the blocking of revenue
  • Monitoring all 3rd and 4th party tracking for discrepancies
  • Daily revenue reporting to the International business offering insights and suggestions to help grow where possible
  • Working closely with the Campaign Management (trafficking) centralized team for the setup of all direct booked campaigns and tracking
  • Closely aligned with the Publisher Services team to ensure supply/demand mix is accurate and effective for delivery

The Requirements:

  1. Good understanding of adserving and creating technologies such as DFP, Celtra, AdTech, Sizmek etc…
  2. Proven experience of working with and optimizing against viewable and brand safe metrics with vendors such as IAS, MOAT and Google products
  3. Experience working at a DSP or as support for a DSP at an ATD
  4. Strong troubleshooting attitude and keen analytical mind
  5. Experience of basic code such as JavaScript and HTML

Kargo is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our growing Product Development team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities and projects in close conjunction with the Engineering, QA and Product team to deliver quality products to our clients and users.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day project-related support 
  • Leads or assist in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

The second is Campaign Management, a global delivery team working to ensure the full
delivery of all campaigns and deals for the business across all regions. US office, EMEA
based out of London and APAC based from Sydney.

The Position:

  • Key interface in the US for all delivery of revenue
  • Senior Support Leader supporting all large agency and brand conversations with Sales Leadership
  • Consistent revenue focus crossing booked revenue to delivered and ensuring maximize delivery potential

The Role:

The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will develop and oversee; the financial planning and budgeting process of the company, all internal and external financial reporting to stakeholders, and the financial analysis process to support management in making operational and strategic decisions. He/She will support management in developing financial, operational and strategic models (both short term and longer term strategic planning) with a focus on the delivery of effective and timely performance analysis. Will also develop, maintain, and champion the use of reporting tools to expand the breadth and depth of financial operational reporting in pursuit of improved visibility to management for information necessary to support strategic and tactical decision making.

The Director of Financial, Planning, and Analysis is a key member of the finance and accounting team reporting directly to the Controller/VP of Financial Operations and has a high level of visibility throughout the organization and leadership team. This person will be responsible for building the FP and A department and managing resources as appropriate. We are looking for an individual with strong experience and technical knowledge. This role is based in the NY headquarters of the company.

The Responsibilities:

Financial Planning:

  • Oversees and drives the annual operating budget cycle and sets the processes from a planning, operational, analysis, and communication standpoint.
  • Ensures annual budgets are realistic, aligned, and evolve with company leadership's view and allow management to make decisions to meet the company's business and financial objectives.
  • Develops and refines budgeting techniques to provide leadership with optimum control and planning tools that are effective and not just complete.

Reporting:

  • Responsible for designing and distributing all internal and external reporting packages to stakeholders.
  • Builds process to ensure all financial reports are timely and accurate, and draw from a central data location.   
  • Communicates with operational leadership in a way that enables them to fulfill their business objectives
  • Creates management reports that are timely and meaningful which effectively enhance business

Analysis:

  • Prepares monthly/quarterly analysis for management, including business reviews, rolling revenue expense forecasts and KPI’s.
  • Provide recommendations for building better cost efficiencies and smarter investment allocations.
  • Provides consultation to operational leadership on key projects, financial matters, financial
  • performance, and related issues.

The Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from an accredited school.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting with a minimum of three (3) in developing budgets, models, and financial analysis.
  • Must have experience using a large ERP system and/or business reporting tool.
  • Very proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (power user of Excel) or similar tools.

Product Manager

The Ad tech team manages all aspects of the evolution of a mobile Ad Product from creative ideation to development and ad serving. Working closely with Engineers, Project Managers, and QA the Ad Tech Team is responsible for managing all of Kargo’s innovative Ad Products, the Ad Tag that enables them, and all its micro-services that ensure their success in market.

Reporting to the VP of Ad Innovation, the Product Manager, Ad Tech will gain broad exposure internally, interacting with every internal department at Kargo including Senior Leadership. The Product Manager would be responsible for acting as the company-wide Subject Matter Expert of their product, communicating value propositions and technical permutations, as well as working with various teams to validate needs, gather feedback, and implement improvements.

The Position: As a system engineer at Kargo, you will be responsible for building the very foundation on which our engineering department and its products will run. You will be engineering our cloud infrastructure to be durable, scalable, and easy to manage. Some of the tasks required to achieve this goal:

The Role:

Kargo is looking for a smart, driven Coordinator to join our Publisher Partnership Team. Who Are Platform Operations:

Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations, you are the first point of contact on all revenue delivery for the International offices. Currently located out of London for EMEA and Sydney and Aukland for APAC, Sales and Account Management teams will rely on you to ensure smooth efficient delivery of both direct (DFP) and programmatic campaigns/deals across Kargo's range of premium mobile web inventory. Over time support will be introduced to the Sydney office for APAC however to start with you will oversee all operational delivery of programmatic campaigns and direct sold media.

The Platform Operations team are a global team supporting the delivery of booked campaigns and deals. The responsibility of the team is to ensure that all revenue is converted and seen within Kargo, so that we hit office and company revenue targets for the quarter and then year. The team monitor all live campaigns on a daily basis and offer suggestions to improve delivery or efficiently optimize to gain the best response and have the highest chance of gaining incremental revenue.

The Position:

  • Managing all direct campaigns through DSP and optimizing to get the best out of the target KPIs
  • Daily analysis of all programmatic deals within our proprietary tool ensure lean delivery across the range of sites and also optimizing for best performance.
  • Working with Account Management to ensure we push most incremental revenue from each campaign and deal
  • Attending kick of calls with clients, Sales and Account Management teams
  • Working directly with Agency, Trade Desks and DSPs to troubleshoot and ensure programmatic deals deliver as efficiently as possible.

The Position:

Reporting to the GM International, your focus will be supporting and growing Inventory & Yield, Sales Planning, and Platform Operations for all markets outside of the US. Kargo International currently covers EMEA through a central UK office and APAC through offices in Australia and New Zealand. The role is both managerial from a Platform Manager point of view, and as an individual contributor supporting yield and planning across the regions. 

Kargo Inventory & Yield is focused on delivering the most efficient rate cards to the Sales teams to ensure ease of sale as well as maximizing margin return for the business. Success in this role is someone who can enable Sales to bring in the revenue while having a keen eye on how we scale the business and what our network health looks like. The individual will also possess analytical skills across both programmatic and direct booking metrics using our BI Tool Looker to enable International wide analysis and best practices. For Sales Planning you will directly serve to approve or reject any sales packages outside of standard that Sales may need approval on. This person will work closely with the heads of Sales in both London and Sydney to ensure we scale effectively and support the growth of the business. Platform Management is the delivery arm of the business. You will be supported by a centralized Trafficking team, but you and your team will need to enable the delivery through deal analysis and technical troubleshooting of all campaigns run out of the International office. Your highest priority is enabling then actualizing on the revenue for everything outside of the US - directly contributing to the final office revenue number and working with all heads of departments for International to get there.

The Requirements:

  • Great understanding of adserving and creating technologies such as DFP, Celtra, AdTech, Sizmek, etc.
  • Proven experience of working with and optimizing against viewable and brand safe metrics with vendors such as IAS, MOAT, and Google products
  • Experience working closely with DSPs in a setup and troubleshooting capacity, preferably in an analytical position
  • Strong troubleshooting attitude and keen analytical mind
  • Experience of basic code such as JavaScript and HTML
  • Good use of proxy tools such as Charles
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to drive their portion of the business
  • 6+ years in the advertising technology space with 1+ years in management or a strong proven background as a team leader
