The Opportunity 

This role is for a hunter — someone who builds real relationships and closes real deals. You don't wait for business to come to you. You go get it. You understand the Australian digital advertising landscape deeply, you're trusted by Sydney agency and direct client partners.
You know how to bring new ideas to clients in a way that feels consultative, not transactional.

You thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment. You operate with clarity and urgency, you're genuinely curious about where the industry is heading, and you bring the energy that makes clients and colleagues want to work with you.

The Daily To-Do 

  • Actively build and close deals.
  • Map the existing agency landscape in your market, introduce yourself to key planners and buyers, and establish a clear view of the pipeline you're inheriting and building.
  • Stay curious about the digital ecosystem and genuine interest in where it's heading.
  • Communicate clearly — with credibility at all levels, from junior planners to director level.
  • Be transparent about where you stand.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Services, Campaign Management, Research, and Design as true partners.
  • Stay resilient and adaptable — when the market shifts, recalibrate and move forward.
  • Be active at industry events and thoughtful with client entertainment.
