Confirm correct creative trafficking.

  • Copy and Paste Creative Snippet Link into a new tab on your browser. Click ‘Copy to Clipboard’ and paste the Snippet code into the DSP.

  • Ensure the creative is trafficked as non-expandable, even if it is an expandable unit.

  • Ensure you have trafficked your creative as the correct size:

  • Do not implement the OBA icon on top of Kargo creative. Kargo has its own opt-out button that makes the OBA icon redundant.

  • When all else fails, re-traffic the snippet as a new creative.
