It's goal setting, it's pushing boundaries, and it's proof we can achieve what we set our minds to. Because what better way to kick off the new year than with a little fitness and wellness motivation? This is not one of those NYE resolutions that fades after a week. We are starting this year with intention, keeping each other accountable, and doing it with some swag along the way.
