Kargo, the leader in mobile image advertising, announces several executive promotions, elevating three of its leaders to play central roles in Kargo’s continued global expansion.

Arthur Cole has been promoted to SVP, Global Operations, Lauren Hendricks has been elevated to SVP, Global Partnerships and Neal Modi has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. The three executives will report to Kargo’s President and COO, Ryan McConville. The promotions of Cole, Hendricks and Modi follow an impressive year of growth and achievements for Kargo, during which the company had a record-breaking fourth quarter, shattered company programmatic revenue growth expectations, continued the expansion of its international business with new offices in Australia and New Zealand and became the first ad tech company to achieve 100% ads.txt compliance globally.

“Arthur, Lauren and Neal have each been uniquely instrumental in driving Kargo’s rapid growth over the last few years, including our expansion into new markets, new technology and products and major partnerships,” said Kargo President and COO, Ryan McConville. “With a number of exciting ventures already in the works for 2018, I’m fully confident they will perpetuate this powerful momentum, by strengthening and expanding publisher partnerships, streamlining internal processes for Kargo’s nine offices around the world and reinforcing Kargo’s impeccable brand reputation as we enter uncharted marketplaces.”

As SVP, Global Operations, Arthur Cole will oversee the expansion of Kargo’s Technical Operations, Platform Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations and Program Management teams, and will also direct larger company-wide internal initiatives. Cole joined the company in 2016 and was previously VP, Global Revenue Operations.

Lauren Hendricks will be charged with overseeing strategy and operations for Kargo’s international publishing supply base, as part of Kargo’s increased global focus. In her role as SVP, Global Publisher Partnerships, she will continue to manage relationships with our US base of premium publishers while also fostering new partnerships on a global level. Hendricks was previously VP, Publisher Partnerships and joined Kargo in 2015.

As Chief Financial Officer, Neal Modi will manage Kargo’s financial, accounting, business intelligence and legal operations. Neal has been instrumental in Kargo’s growth and responsible operation since he joined the company in 2011, ensuring that the company has been not only self-funded, but tremendously profitable. Additionally, he was responsible for the successful expansion of  Kargo across the country and around the world, with the number of offices tripling during his tenure. Modi was previously SVP, Finance and Business Operations.

Kargo is the global leader in mobile image advertising, creating award-winning rich media campaigns for more than 200 leading brands and partners with its media consortium of 70+ handpicked premium publishers. With offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Detroit, Dallas, London, Sydney and Auckland, the fast-growing company will continue its expansion in 2018. Kargo is also an industry leader in brand safety, securing Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG)Certified Against Fraud status, participating in the Digitrust alliance and becoming the first and only mobile advertising company to achieve 100% ads.txt compliance.
